Geneva L. Yourse

Ms. Yourse was admitted to the North Carolina bar in 2007. Following law school at Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University and after being licensed as an attorney, Ms. Yourse proudly served as an associate attorney at Scudder & Hedrick, PLLC in Raleigh, North Carolina where her skills as a lawyer and litigator were honed and finely tuned. She left that practice amicably to open Yourse Law Firm, PLLC in 2008. Ms. Yourse joined Rose Rand Wallace Attorneys, PA in September of 2011.

Ms. Yourse was a member of the 2004 graduating class from the Callaway School of Business at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC, receiving her Bachelors of Science degree in Business and a minor in Spanish. She attended law school at the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University, while jointly attending the Lundy Fetterman School of Business at Campbell University. Ms. Yourse graduated from both programs in 2007 earning her Juris Doctorate (J.D) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.).

While at Campbell University Ms. Yourse was elected to various offices and members of various organizations which include, Student Bar Association Member, Black Law Student Association – President, ACLU – member, Delta Phi Theta – law fraternity member, Christian Legal Society – member, and other campus organizations.

Ms. Yourse was born and raised in Matthews, North Carolina. She married Reginald Yourse in 2005 and moved to the Raleigh area. She enjoys reading long books, singing, running and Saturday brunch with her girlfriends.
